Connecting Happiness and Success is a guide to creating Success through Happiness. It includes 4 concepts you can implement to become happier and 3 concepts that teach you how to leverage that happiness to be successful. It includes practical applications, examples and activities. The book is based on research from the field of Positive Psychology and my own experiences at work, teaching leadership classes, and in mentoring and coaching.

She had a 4.0 GPA in a double major of Accounting and Finance, was preparing for a double Masters of Law with an MBA, worked as a Resident Assistant in the Honors Hall, had an internship with a Fortune 500 company, and was President of the Professional Leadership Program at the University of North Texas. Through Alexia’s personal emails and stories from people whose lives she touched, you will see the challenges, obstacles, and opportunities leaders face in real life. Each leadership lesson includes a real life example, a summary of what can be learned, and an opportunity for you to integrate it into your own life.

This book contains 25 Happiness Hacks that take less than 2 minutes each to read. They are designed to be quick ideas that will help you become happier and more fulfilled. Read through them quickly and mark the ones that you like. Then go back and pick your favorite hack and implement it every day for month to create a habit. Once that hack becomes a habit, pick another hack and turn that into a habit. The best way to become happier, is to create habits that make you happier.
